Cancellations Policies

Cancellation 60 days prior to the departure date, airline charges and cancellation fees and third-party vendor deposit will be non-refundable.
Cancellation 59-31 days prior to the departure date (*no refund only future credit)
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to the departure date or a ‘NO SHOW’ on the tour: 100% of the total tour cost.

Terms & Conditions

Passport should be valid at least 6 months during your travel.
This rate is applicable to a minimum of 48 adults travelling together. If by any chance there are fewer than 48 adults, the rate will change or postpone the tour.
We highly recommend a Travel Insurance to be purchased, to avoid any unforeseen events.
The rates are subject to change in case of surcharge/high season/conventions periods.
Credit Card payment there will be a processing fee of 3.5% extra
Unused services for transfers, tours & hotel accommodation are not refundable.
While your travel please carry a passport copy with you.
Standard Check in 1400 Hrs Check out is 1200 Hrs which may vary as per local rules
Surcharge applicable for flights arriving/departing between 22:00hrs - 07:00hrs.
We reserve the right to alter, amend, change or modify the tour package and itineraries before or during the tour. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly of such changes/events.
In case company offers any adventures activities then it is significant to note that all the passengers should enjoy such activity/ride at their own risk as such kind of adventure might be risky at times especially for heart patients, expecting women, people with Blood Pressure etc.
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the overall package of services unchanged. However, we shall not be liable/responsible to refund any amount or pay any compensation/damages on account of any change in itinerary.

Passengers joining this tour must travel to/from the hub city at their own expense
We advise to book 60 days prior to the date of Departure as the internal ticket rate may increase closer to the departure date, result an increase in the tour cost.
Any damages caused to the hotel/coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Shiloh Travel is not responsible for the same.

Children 2-11 years of age must share a room. Passengers 12 years or above are considered as adults.

Shiloh Travel & Tours shall not be liable for damage occasioned by delay in the carriage by air of passengers or baggage.

Published packages and prices are valid for our fixed departures only. Rates quoted for any other travel dates are subject to change based on availability, blackout dates, major holidays, trade fairs, sporting events, citywide or nationwide events, special event periods, or other peak travel seasons.
Hotel confirmation and airline reservation will be provided 7-15 days prior to the departure.

Shiloh Travel & Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, natural calamities, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
