Arrival at Buenos Aires, the capital city of Argentina. Meet our representative and transfer to the hotel. Buenos Aires is one of the most interesting metropolises in Latin America. It’s a dynamic and cosmopolitan city with a great cultural and architectural heritage. It’s known worldwide for Tango and football, but also for its cafés, bookstores, and theaters. Morning after breakfast proceed to the city tour. During this tour, we will discover the highlights of the northern districts of Buenos Aires. The city is known as the “Paris of South America” and we will easily identify why by looking at the architecture of this part of town. We will visit Retiro, Recoleta, and Palermo. These neighborhoods have beautiful parks, elegant avenues, residential areas with mansions and embassies, and top-class designer shops and restaurants. In Recoleta, we will visit the monumental cemetery where Evita Perón and other historical personalities are buried. This day, after breakfast, proceed to Colonia del Sacramento by ferry. Colonia del Sacramento is a picturesque colonial city situated on the northern bank of Río de la Plata, 177 km away from Montevideo and 45 km away from Buenos Aires. Founded in 1680 by the Portuguese, it stands out for its lovely, cobbled streets and colorful houses. The Historic Quarter was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1995. Pick up from the pier and proceed to the city tour. The tour begins with a visit to the Real de San Carlos area, with stops at San Benito Chapel and Complejo Mihanovich (built in 1910, former hotel and nowadays headquarters of Universidad Politécnica de Valencia), the Bullring, Racetrack, and pier. We will continue along the coastline, across residential neighborhoods, until we reach the Historic Quarter. Once there, we will have a guided walking tour and discover why it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Overnight stay in Colonia. 

Montevideo is the southernmost capital city in Latin America. The city offers a great variety of cultural, gastronomic, and recreational activities. Transferring to Montevideo, during this panoramic tour we will observe the main touristic spots in the city: Independence Square, Salvo Palace, Solís Theater, the Port Market, the farmers market, the Congress Hall, and many other attractions. We will visit the most important and picturesque neighborhoods. We will drive across the coastline and stop at Virgilio Square to admire one of the nicest views of the city. Overnight stay in Montevideo. 

Morning after breakfast, proceeded to Montevideo Airport to Puerto Iguazu. Arrive at Puerto Iguazú Airport and transfer to the hotel. Puerto Iguazú, located in the north-eastern tip of Argentina, near the border with Brazil and Paraguay. It is considered a natural paradise with incredible landscapes thanks to the imposing Iguazú waterfalls, only 17 km away from the city center. A varied offer of natural attractions combines here with interesting cultural and historical places to provide a memorable, enjoyable visit. Overnight stay in Puerto Iguazu.

After breakfast, proceed to the Iguazú Falls, which are made up of more than 250 waterfalls on the Iguazú River. on the border between Argentina and Brazil. The Iguazú National Park protects the Argentinian side of this area, where visitors marvel at the breathtaking scenes of exuberant and untouched nature. They were declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1984 and, recently, one of the New Seven Wonders of Nature. A 20-minute ride on the ecological train followed by a walk along a trail will take visitors to the famous and imposing Devil’s Throat, a horseshoe-shaped, 80-meter-high fall. It is simply stunning and astonishing. Visitors can get to know the falls through the Upper and Lower circuits that are circular trails connected one to the other. The Upper one offers panoramic views of some waterfalls from lookout points such as Dos Hermanas, Bosetti, San Martin, among others. The Lower Circuit leads to the lower part of the same waterfalls, where lagoons are formed. Overnight stay in Puerto Iguazu.

By morning proceed to the airport to catch the flight from Buenos Aires to Santiago, the capital. of Chile. Arrive Santiago and proceed to the hotel.

On the way, you can enjoy the city tour. The tour begins at the Plaza de la Constitución, where the Government Palace is located, known as “La Moneda” the Plaza de Armas (Km. 0 of Chile), which is the core of the historical center of the capital, surrounded by historical buildings, such as the Cathedral of Santiago and the post office of Chile. Close to this historical center are the Central Market; the Museum of Fine Arts, the Lastarria neighborhood, and the Santa Lucia Hill. There are some stops planned. The tour continues along the most modern sector of the city, while the guide explains the most significant details of the city throughout its history. Overnight stay in Santiago.

In the morning, tour to the city of Valparaíso (a journey of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes). Valparaíso is a port city on the coast of Chile which was declared a World Heritage Site. It is known as the jewel of the Pacific and has captivating architecture with very narrow streets, steep funiculars, colorful houses, endless stairs, historical elevators and multiple viewpoints. Upon arrival in the city, its main hills will be visited, such as Cerro Concepción and Cerro Alegre, where the fascinating history and extraordinary geography of the city will be learnt, characterized by the influx of European immigrants who left their mark on the architecture and cultural institutions, such as the National Congress. You will also visit the Muelle Prat, the Plaza Sotomayor and the Paseo “21 de Mayo” while looking at the amazing murals on the walls of the narrow and picturesque streets. Then, you will continue to the city of Viña del Mar, known as the “Garden City” due to the well-kept gardens that some houses, buildings and public spaces in the city have. This place, despite its proximity, differs from Valparaíso, being more modern and sophisticated, which generates an interesting contrast. Viña del Mar is a seaside resort with outdoor sports, recreation, and high-level gastronomy. And despite being modern, it also has numerous castles and old mansions of wealthy families from the last century. These were converted into museums or entertainment centers, such as the glamorous Municipal Casino. Overnight stay in Santiago.

This day after breakfast proceed to the airport to fly back to hometown with beautiful memories with Shiloh.
